normster: ei, keep a space on the mats for me, man. i just need to finish a couple more weeks of training then i think my schedule's going to be a little more "jiujitsu friendly" hehehe

sus aku pud!!! fully loaded!!! on the weekend, August 2-3 will have an airsoft event a non-stop game from August 2-3, 1pm to 6am and the saddest thing is dili ko mag duwa but be a MARSHALL!!! paita!!! then on August 3, 08. will have an INSTRUCTORS briefing for those clubs who will participate on the YFC 1...and I guess, just guessing I have to entertain the instructors!!! dance infront of them...and serve them fud...hahay...heheheh joking!!! have to present them the rules of the game and the roles of each instructor on the fight...


on August 9, 08. David the "goliath killa"(gay-liath) Denisi will COMPETE on THE YFC 1 - YAW-YAN FIGHTING CHALLENGE 1 on an MMA COMPETITION...girls...lets support DAH-VID!!!!(Dah-vid does not have a pc at home or t.v so he cant read this post...I THINK...HEHEHEH)

location for the event will be at the YAW-YAN ArDigma gym in Sanciangko Street, right infront of U.C main Building along the Cebu Colisuem road...address @ VillaCampa Capuras Building, former NSO building on the 3rd floor...tickets are very cheap...limited, standing room only...

sumday soon...if we are allowed to post technical and principles...but for now? non of us are worthy ...to write anything about techniques or principles of BJJ...we are in a process of LEARNING and APPLICATION...but our instructor maybe he can write, but I dont think he will spare his precious time writing it here...and to think that he will be writing it IN CHINESE?...hahahahahahaha lets just enjoy what ever we rant here...or whine on this thread...bwahahahahahahhaha


@ WCpercival, how about joining us? train with us?...join us bai...I bet you would enjoy the training and go home feeling satisfied and accomplished...thats how I feel everytime I go home...and to think the price is very low...@ 800php per month? very affordable...and LEARN from the BEST TEACHER/SENSIE...of BJJ GRACIE BARRA CEBU...

Daghan kaau ta ma learn bai...especially the mode of instruction is in English...mura ug core skills training sa call center..hehehe, but seriously, our sensei normster is doing a really great job in teaching...he's always pointing out the Do's and Dont's for each technique...being a novice in this kind of sport, his intructions made it easier for me to digest....@WCpercival we hope to see u join us soon.

englisiro na insik ang amung instructor!!! hehehehhehe and to think that our instructor is teaching in 2 GYMS...namely BASELINE on T-TH-SUNDAY, 7-9pm and @ LOFT - M-W-F-Sat(open mats), 8-10 sumtimes 10:30pm kay LINGAW kaayo mi...ni ALI...


I am just wondering if our CHINESE english speaking instructor has time for his lovelives?...and his family?...GRABE!!! everyday nag teach!!! and NO-SHORT CUTS!!! NO NON-SENSE!!! DO THE BASICS PROPERLY!!! AND HE EVEN wakes up very early at 3AM to go to work!!! tig-togpo sa ear-plain...
