in my understanding, the course that you will be taking up should be related to your field of experience. if that's the case, unsa man na course pwede i.take for those whose experience is in the call center industry?
sa mga tawo nga nag work sa callcenter mag depende ang course nila sa product nga ilang gi support or sa job function nila
working in the callcenter doesn't really mean that all you have to do is take calls and say "hi's" and "hello's" to customers.
for those who are working in callcenter and specially naa sa customer service usually they do not just handle handling customer complaints, some are also required to upsell products that suits sa need sa customer for they can go for careers related to marketing or pwede sad business admin kay naa man sad ka na experience in handling customers, business functions
naa sad uban they handled financial accounts, call center agent sila, level 1 taking calls pero part sa duty nila is to address financial needs of their customers, kung ingon ani syempre dili sila pwede sa accounting pero pwede sila business administration.
I have friends nga nag take ug ETEEAP and they're working sa callcenter.
pero this would vary, kay kada account nga gi handle nimo if working ka sa callcenter mag lahi lahi mana, so try to check unsa imo job function, then check unsa na course nag fit sa imo job function.
pag mag apply ka sa ETEEAP, i-evaluate pa na imo application sa CHED before sila mohatag ug recommendation unya naa sad interview sa school aside from that i-assess sad nila imong application ug utro if wala ka experience sa course nga imo gusto kuhaon they can recommend you another course.
hala oi! nice unta kaayo ni dah..
