Accessibility and safety..price is a major factor too. If you are traveling, u need not stay in a fancy hotel kay most of the time lakaw man

Well besides from affordable price, is the location. If you're travelling for business, much better if it's walking distance from your office. And since we are in modern technology or let's just say "HI-TECH WORLD" free high-speed internet connection is a must.
Include also the cleanliness of CR's and bathroom.

For business travel i prefer hotel accommodations with awesome food and with a cozy style of rooms like midori hotel and casino in pampanga
