@mcrenz Personal and past experiences. Anything under the sun. I believe they want to test how fast you can comprehend and how well you can communicate your thoughts plus the very strict background check.

Bossings, just did my 2nd phone interview and the interviewer said just wait sa email within 1 to 2 days. Actually, she said around 15 mins bt murag 5 mins rman tong 2 questions. Well, i felt i did just fine. Ask ra unta ko mga bosings unsay i.anticipate nako sa 3rd, f ever makaproceed.

With regards to Background check ba, What specific information about the applicant with his/her prev company do they want to know? Does this include tardiness, absences or purely whether AWol ba ka or na cleared na sa prev company? Thanks!

Purely AWOL and if you're properly cleared. Just present all the needed documentation and you will be fine.

Wala pa sad q COE sa prev company nko..but nkapa clearance nko..OK ra na? Kay f mangayo ko og COE na wala pq last pay (incomplete) man daw I.indicate on the COE...
