what could you suggest for a HU?? best to run all JL ??
i'm thinking on the imprints hehe i like alpine,
ive seen a great deal of the brand online, but at that time when i saw that deal,
i was undecided!! as to
wat system il hook up my car and also if iL customize the car for speed,

i had ds two dilemaaaaaahhsss!!speed or music!

but
i took a deep thinking-things over... haha i thought. if speed?, i'm still a school boy, i can't
manage to cater the budget it needs... darn!
and if audio? system, i could do it and i enjoy listening thou,
but i enjoy going fast man pud!! hahaha,i cant put those two together right?, poor me!! LoLz



could u help me guys with what you could suggest for the HU? thanx

boss, get subwoofer box that you can easily take out. if you have two subs.. all i can say is good luck... bugat bugat gyud na..... the seps and amps shouldn't be that heavy anyway...

with some technological limitations for the time being,
you really can't get the speed of sound on land.
imagine this, you need your car to travel 1,215 km/h.
for the love of God, mabilin imong kalag inig start sa awto pa lang.
hahahahahaha.

sound of speed would be easier to get. hehehehehehe

nothing beats the addicting habit of speed...
I used to be a speed freak too, however, I went the safer route.
Nag sounds ko... at least, lingaw, ug dili mudako akong
huna huna kung naay mu rev up nga awto sa kilid nako.


Sound Tripping is fun and absolutely safer than speed.

as for your Headunit,
well if you're looking for some alpine 9887's in the market,
you might be headed for a stringent ride cuz wala naman guy stocks
sa market. Lisod na kaayo pangitaon.

try to look out for these h.u.'s:

a. alpine 9853
b. alpine 9855
(though discontinued na ning duha, they are absolutely great H.U.'s, you may ask bxp on how these head units perform)
-- Naa pa man tay makit.an nga mga h.u.'s nga ing.ani pero it's a matter of sheer luck.

d. Eclipse 7100 (the display<colored man gud> is way better than the 7200, hehehehe)

e. Eclipse 7200 (the display is black and white,
features are practically the same with 7100 but they upgraded the h.u.
w/ blue tooth functions and capabilities)

hehhe.. i am experiencing it now, wat uv exprnced b4, the urge to go fast! wwwhoooww!!
samut pajud that evrday going to skul i take the SRP road,and i enjot tight cuts between cars! hahaha
i started sound tripping when i was i think hyskul, wen i got my Beetle hehe,., and there thru the influence of my tito, evntually
i started going with him hehehe competitions. and etc.
when i got to college, i had my first set up hehe sa beetle... w/c is all pioneer...

i like the eclipse but its alittle pricy compared sa alpine,
i saw a 9886 at CFG like about 14k im not sure.
but i like the 9887, il find nia online if i could find pa... thanks for sharing your
options

these are the ballpark prices on the Eclipse Head Units:

7100 - 27k, naay second hand sa KAC(kotseaudioclub.com) around 23k man siguro. search the thread under sa car audio, by the author na si "poying"

7200 mkII- 32k

** since there is no national distributor for Eclipse here in the philippines,
the brand new items will be shipped from singapore.
i guess that's why medyo pricey **

- Good headunit, has all the necessary functions for sound tweaking. ok ni siya for Loud and clear applications. but basin mabitin ni for SQ applications kay wala may time alignment.

- has the same 5 band PEQ with 9887.
- for imprint tuning you need to hook up a PXA - H100 (additional cost), while sa 9887 deretso naka maka pa imprint tuning.. however, I am not sure if naa nay shop diri sa cebu nga maka imprint tuning.

- 14k for 9886 is a bit pricey for me. try to surf the website at mickeysautosound.com
try to give them a call and compare prices, last time i checked, the 9886 was around 10k. if this being the case, you may be able to save at least 3.5K... kay 500 petot for shipping.
