    unsa kadugay ayha matawagan after final interview?? mutawag jud sila either pasar or bagsak sa interview?? wa may tawag ang HR oi 4 days na.. unsay angay buhaton ani?? wait lang jud?? ehehehehe

    sa akong nahibaw-an sis, manawag jud na sila.

    ingana ang nahitabo nako before.. ila ko gitawagan kay wala ko nakapasar. ingon man sila na ila lang daw ibutang akong name sa file, which is of course understandable na bagsak ko. LOL.

    pero gitawagan ko nila after 2 months, then hired me sa laing program/account.

    Not happy with how Stream HR people do their job from recruitment and actually everything.

    Most, not all of them, are rude, sarcastic and doesn't seem to be a people person which I think was a requirement when they applied for the job.

    They never answer calls, they're never available when you need them and they sometimes sleep during work hours.

    WAKE UP CALL. You've spent a lot of money for your ads and banners but you seem to have taken out of consideration making the whole stay of the employee a good one, at least.

    This doesn't just apply to the recruitment HR but HR people in general and your other staffs like front desk and your security officers.

    You have changed your company logo putting a smile on it, how about putting that smile on your people's faces.

    mao bah?? ayos ra sad diay kay ila man i-keep ang mga files. miadto na lang tawon ko neha sa HR oi.. maayo man sad pagka-atiman sa mga staff.. wala ray 15mins natubag ra ako mga pangutana. unsay sunod aning medical exam?? ana ang HR na buffer daw ko, probably feb 20 pa ang next na training, worth it ba na nga status para mu-sign kos contract?? need some enlightenment, =(

    Unsa ka nga account mam? My unta mao.pud na ang petsa sa sugod sa amo training., nka hold man pud amo batch., sus ginoo adobo., lolz., maau unta mka sugod nmi.,
