Stan did take the heat to the conference finals back in 2005, it still not enough.. kay wala gyud sila maka ring during stan van gundy's era...

I always prefer old school coaches who are proven winners.. Phil Jackson , Pat Riley, Larry Brown, etc.

it wont be hard for them.. lebron, wade, bosh, and the 3 point shooters from the Heat.. i think its hard for the lakers to guard those guyz... speacialy when dwade, lebron and bosh or mike miller or james jones getting HOT and 3point shooters (dont forget eddy house) i think its too hard for the lakers to guard them.. and the open looks from the heat? there goes the dagger!!
