hayy...mao gyud ni bah....once acquired, it's really hard to stop it....that's what I keep on telling everyone.....INTEGRITY can bring you somewhere...bahala gamay imong stats basta limpyo lang gyud imong numbers and ala na sagol nga tikas....

But once again, let's just pray nalang gyud for those who are affected. Everybody gets tempted but not everybody gives in to the temptation...

naa gyud na valid reason nganong na delay na siya.....you know....

guys, with regards to the salary, personally, I'm contented with what I'm earning bisan gamay. I know culture can't feed empty stomachs, I really don't know your lifestyle pud...but most of my friends man gud nga mao pud ilang thinking nga gamay ug salary gyud ang sykes, it's also because of their "so called" lifestyle na mura nag sige lang ug waldas sa ilang sweldo.

But once again, for me, Sykes, they took care of my family especially kato nga time that I was really financially drained....Sykes took care of me...they took care of my family...indirectly ha...not saying na gitagaan ko ug money...but it's the incentives and benefits mao ang naka salbar namo ato nga time......basta, lisod i-explain but I will stay with sykes pa rin....

igo bitaw ta sa salary, since nadirect client na, nigamay na nuon ang salary kay nawala ang incentives

ang maingon ra sad sa managers kay "it's complicated" faet

samutan pa karon sa mga nigawas nga ads sa laing call centers offering MUCH bigger salaries with incentives, daghan kaau natintal kay 5-figure salaries ang naa nila, whereas if you stay in sykes, 4-figure ra

okay lang man jud na wills makaya lang man budget... the heat is just brewing.... and no proper communication.. blinded and no proper explanations....

mao lang tingali na ... but its up to us to be tempted.

mam every pay day ang 5digit? hmmm pero bigger salary= more pressure man cguro...

pero kung ako lng..il stay with sykes...nice environment and friendly people....ok ra sa ako ang sweldo nko

you'll never grow ang improve if sige lang lax imo pangita ... challenge bia sad na... yes the enviroment is very appealing... maka ingon kag @ home ka.. but if its already a routine... na lax na sad ang gawas then you'll never grow..
