Sumilon Bluewater Island Resort is located on tranquil Sumilon Island. The Island remains as one of Cebu's best kept secrets and is found on the southeastern tip of the mainland. It is 125 kilometers from Cebu City and is in close proximity to Dumaguete. The island has an area of 24 hectares and is surrounded by crystal clear waters with varying aquamarine hues. It is the first marine protected area in the Philippines and was made a fish sanctuary in 1974 under the guidance of Siliman University Marine Reserve. During dives, one will find varied marine species and even occasional sightings of black tip sharks. Pristine white sand beaches are situated in different areas in Sumilon.

the food is included and the transpo from the land going to the island(pump boat).
ang inyo nalang is pamasahe from Cebu City to Bato... or kung naa mo sakyanan mas maayo
ayaw mo ka problema sa parking kay naa sila parking lot sa ila base station.

ang pinakabarato nga rates sa sumilon is the package where you can just go there in the morning via boat then go back to the cebu mainland by the afternoon...i think around 3 or 4 pm.... mga 1 thousand kapin man to bayranan guro labot nana ang boat ride and also buffet lunch....

cost of food and drinks...murag dili jud pang ordinary Cebuano kay mahal jud didto...mga tourists kasagaran ilang target didto...

cute pa jud didto kay naay uwak (crow or maybe raven) didto gipanganlan namog "Magda" mag sige og samok samok sa mga tables murag manglimos og pagkaon....

but the place is really nice... ... i had my first kayak ride there pero mura lag naay buwaya sa mga mangroves hadlok LOL

I just went last sunday. The food was absolutely terrible no seafood was present plus i had lbm after eating their food and the guy namely( leon ) was an absolute plastic as a person after we all heard him berating the staff through his walking talkie nga dugay daw mi and after telling the boat to leave us behind in which nagdugay mi kay we were still settling the bill and thus was not our fault but cge gyud sya pamalikas. They even promise us complementary snack daw but unsa ila gi serve was an absolute no-no for a resort kay they served us left-over from our lunch beffet disguise as snacks. I'm contemplating on even filling a complain against him as a member of Bluewater beach resort(Mactan) and as a member of CATO(Cebu association of Travel Agency) kay amo na makadaot sa ila reputation as a word renown resort. Overall the place was absolutely nice minus lang gyud sa kadto na staff na wala gyud naka learn ug proper manners. What they lack is to improve the food that they serve and if di gyud malikayan mamalikas then don't do it over the radio na daghan gyud tao na makadungog kay did2 gyud gi broadcast sa front counter na radio na dungog gyud sa uban na mga guest other than us.
