Tommy Osmeña wants to be mayor so deperately that he wants us Cebuanos to waste P524 million in interest alone by not paying off our SRP loan. What kind of stupidity is this. We have more than enough surplus cash to pay off the whole debt. If this is some sort of sound financial management plan as some of Tommy's supporters will no doubt reason out, let's hear what the plan is. Binuang naman jud ni oi.
