One month na since nag start ko diet. I am now 199.7 lbs from 217. Yehey to me.
Naa diay koy supplements na gigamit. Metabolic booster xa. Nag start ko use pag friday. Whole day gahapon cge ko rice pero cge man ko gutom then pag weigh nako ni lose man nuon ko. Oh well. Ill take it lol
wala jd ko nagworkout ky strictly no rice ko.. ang ako routine is 30 min jogging monday, wednesday ug friday ug herbalife shake (meal replacement) lng sa morning ug dinner daily.
actually nabuhat ni nko last Dec 1, 2012 - Jan 1, 2013 nga program nko.. pero mid 2013, nagsalig man ko nga kahblo nko unsaon, nagpalabi napud ko sa akong gibati.. hahahaha.. krn balik napud ko sa routine.. hehehe. if 79 kgs ka krn, sureball 1 week = 2 - 3 kgs. tested na na nko if ingon ana nga routine..hehehe
