u are hiding behind your anonymous name in this forum. people know who i am, i represent my little island hotel. who are you? why are you scared to reveal who you really are? if you think you are right and were mistreated in the hotel, why dont you tell everyone who you really are and let them be the one to decide if what you claimed happened really happened?

first of all, if it was a unconfirmed booking, that should explain the price isnt what was stated in the ad. The same thing happened to me, when i arrive there in little island and in santiago beach resort, they said that- the price stated is a promo exclusively from their partners. no advance booking = no promo price, same thing happened in boracay. it's kinda wierd if you charge them in the pier. That's very unprofessional. That's stupid. Just imagining it. If i arrive in boracay from plane, and there's a transportation waiting for us and charge us $$$ right there on the spot? thats kinda scary for us. Hello? are you the holdaper sir or kidnapper? Good thing that they trusted the guy.

I dont know the details of your agreement or how he got the promo (which i got). I dont know the truth either. you obviously have a very unsatisfied customer. you're rather rude and threathening your own customer and asking for their identity. this guy(djsparechange) was the promoter of your beach resort and the guy who convince me to go there. he was the all-positive promoter of you resort until he got the chance himself to go there then he turn 180 degrees and became all-negative feedback.

He's THE GUY who brought you customers from istoryan readers to your island with the promo he agreed to give us. Too bad he didnt get the promo himself. Thats kind of embarassing and frustrating to your 15 other friends with you. Thats what you get for not making the customer happy especially the promoter of your little resort. He is the very unsatisfied frustrated customer.

And contrary to what you think, I know quite a lot of people in this forum and they know me personally. Since they are also using anonymous names, are they also hiding from something? Unlike you "mr. Guys meet Bruce, a foreigner who married a local and is now managing the hotel. I feel sorry for you Bruce or bigballs . You got a very nice place but you are making it look really bad! This is not an appropriate way to talk to a customer. I'm pretty sure that somewhere in between something bad really happened that made him change his mind about your resort.

aw, way blema na uy... ayaw na lang gud adto sa way ayo.. hehehe... kakita ko ug tarpauline of my little island house sa pier, duol sa kuhaan ug ticket sa fastcraft.. cute man ang itsura sa lugar.. pero mas nindot jud sigruo sa beach na lang magstay para dretso ligo dagat.. naa man daw kayaking ug snorkeling ug scuba diving sa mangodlong. didto na lang mo kung muanhi mo camotes...

u too should have used ur real name in this forum..y use "bigballs"? hehehe...anyway, people here don't really need to know the person just to be credible & believe his stories, it would just take a common sense & a deep sensibility to know who's telling the truth & who's not...another thing, wouldn't you think much more would be sympathizing djsparechange if he told everyone in this forum whom he really is? just wondering...
