    Requirements for the Processing of Incorporation in the Reserve Force:

    a. Photo copy of retirement order

    b. 2 x 2 picture two (2) pieces

    c. Security Clearance susch as :

    (1) NBI Clearance (1) Original and two (2) photo copies

    (2) Police Clearance (1) Original and two (2) Photo copies

    (3) Barangay Clearance (1) Original and two (2) photo copies



    Qualified to be Commissioned as Reserve Officer in the Reserve Force, AFP

    a. Elected government officials & Presidential Appointees (Cirular Nr 6, GHQ, AFP s-2003)

    b. Degree Holder who are graduates of Basic ROTC (Cir 30 2-1987)

    c. Key and Technical personnel of Affiliated Reserve Units (Cir 30 s-1987) (PAARU)

    d. Deserving Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) (Cir 19 GHQ, AFP S-2000)

    e. Graduates of Masters in National Security Administration (Cir 30 s-1987)



    Requirements for Commission as Reservist Officer in the Philippine Army

    A. For Line Officer

    1. Application Form

    2. Affidavit of no pending case

    3. Full Body picture (passport size)

    4. Certificate of Live Birth (Local Civil Registrar/NSO)

    5. Certificate of Employment

    6. College Diploma / TOR (no need to be auntenticated)

    7. ROTC Diploma (Basic/Advance)

    8. AFP Aptitude Test battery (AFPTAB)

    9. POTC Certificate, Declaration of Graduates and Order of Merit

    10. Security Clearances (GHQ/Maj Svc , Local: NBI & Mayor's Clearance)

    11. Physical Examination Report (AFP Station/Government Hospital Authorized to conduct)



    B. For Technical Service

    1. Application Form

    2. Affidavit of no pending case

    3. Bio-data/Curriculum Vitae

    4. Full Body picture (post Card size)

    5. Certificate of Live Birth (Local Civil Registrar/NSO)

    6. Certificate of Employment

    7. PRC License with Board Certificate

    8. College Diploma/TOR (No need to be authenticated)

    9. Security Clearances (GHQ, Maj Svc )

    theoratically speaking we are all reserved as long as we are within the age limit, however kanang naa sa reserve karon mao na silay ready reserve... still kung wala tay ROTC agi gihapon tag basic military training... di man ta parehas sa USSR during ww2

    basic military training is good, but when and immediate things arise then everyone is bound to defend against foreign enemy..

    politics has nothing to do with counter-insurgency, strategy na sa afp panahon pa sa huk... so political will is not needed beside politics and military should not mixed
