yah.. right guys...

here to share my tips

i made this one, i saw this kid at the robinsons overpas, natulog, i took a picture using my phone..
and edited it....

only the boy was the original. i found that hand on the net and used it. also the two flies and the rusted can..
the can is not rusted, i used rusted texture and change the blending mode to multiply or overlay i think..
the kid is not that dirty. i used like channel mixer then change the blending mode again to intensify the color..
dili kaayo specific ni, pero i hope you guys have an idea how i do it!

@alucard_x you also blurred the foreground/midground twigs or leaves. the backgroud red thing is clearer when mas layo pa unta to. or mau jud na imo ganahan? for us, we dont use graduated blur to simulate DOF in multi element images kai d kaayu natural iya result. try making layers for all elemants then subject each to its own corresponding blur as could be when using a wide open lens

@adjong thanks for the comment, yes your right and you may do that option creating multilayers pero I believe husstle man kaayo setting up multilayers and bluring each elements and DOF should be done in the camera and with the proper equipment. But naay restrictions like what if your using point and shoot. So i believe thats one option you can do on PS but theres one way you can set it further is to add a layer mask and paint with a brush on where you want to set the focus on for finishing. (which I will be doing later time..)

when you say " for us" I believe thats the eye of a photographer for detail....
