a big no IMO...
e-save nalang na imo ibayad unta sa loan and as soon as maka abot na 5000, you can start opening one...mao man na usual minimum amount to start. Then you can save further every month to add sa imo Mutual Fund. 1000 ra man minimum for additional investment. Kun di kaabot 1000, save it and add nalang ka every 2 months or quarterly. Important is kanunay ka gaadd sa imo fund. That's the way to optimize your Mutual Fund return over the long term instead of one big bulk investment.

newbie here too. nagdeposit nako last week and submitted the hard copies sa reqmt's, pila ka days nimo madawat ang confirmation receipt? bale, mao nana imong proof of investment? and, anha pud makita asa gibutang ang money? or subject for approval pa gihapon ang application? Thanks!

Just wait lang for a couple of days bro, padala ra na nila.
If it takes longer than say 3 weeks, contact nalang.
Sa asa man na na MF? FAMI? (if sa ila, pwede ka patabang diha sa office nila sa Fuente )

and, anha pud makita asa gibutang ang money?

MF is a pool of funds...during sa pag-subscribe nimo, I am sure ni choose ka which fund imo apilan...like Equity Fund, Balance fund or Bond Fund. So naa ra na butang imo money ana na fund.
If gusto ka kabalo asa nila gi-invest ang money sa fund, check their website and see the fund's investment allocation or fund fact. Sa FAMI for example has it on their site...

ok na na imong 10K to start bro. Ayaw lang pangutang para invest. Dili ka angay magdali kay in MF time is your ally. Ang imo hinoon buhaton is kwentaha pila imong monthly dues if mangutang ka. Kung pila ang amount, mao na ibutang sa MF kada buwan. Murag imo mindset is naa kay gibayran nga utang.

Aw, katong GREEN ug color di ba? Like sa katong naa sa FAMI facebook page... So wala na charge bai if kato akoang gamiton? Also, after paying, unsa man next nako buhaton? do i need to send the receipt to FAMI or OKAY nato sya?

once ra ko ka try ug add tru over the counter. ako nagamit kay deposit slip pud so naa bayad pero giingnan ko nga sunod gamit ug payment slip. Sa metrobank ko ato nag deposit then scan and send. Pero after that nag online naman ko so send ra ko screenshot. wala ko kabalo if gamit ba nila ang screenshot basta sa reports nga ako madawat na add naman
