im not a lawyer but just an ordinary citizen. with the rampant crime everywhere that involves minors as well as using the reason as minors, its high time the government acts on this. too many have already lost loved ones due to crime committed by minors. too many have been victimized by these critters.

para nako iubos ang edad sa 9 years old para ma considered a CRIME ang nabuhat. 9 years old is the sufficient age a child knows what is right and wrong.

what are your thoughts?

Removing this law is a no-no. Deliquent children still have rights to be protected. The real problem is the implementation of it.

recently in philippine news,very common ang ang mga minors na ma involved sa crime but since they're below 18 y.o,they are released and put into custody sa dswd.mao na ng gara ang uban cause they know they wont be put in jail.worst,others are being used by syndicates.tsk tsk tsk..much better gyud cguro e.move down to 15 y.o na ky at that age kbw nman cguro ta what's wrong and right ana dba?cguro f ma approved na ma lessen gamay ang crimes sa ato country.

i dont care if its 2 years old....no LAW for me... i will kill dis bastards and cut them to pieces....LAW is useless...its better to kill them and be quite....i am planning to buy a meat grinder someday pangandam ani mga bata nga akyat bahay...i think my dogs will not have an issue if they eat this kids meat anyway....

^^ yup naa silay basis jud bai. The people making these bills or laws didn't fear for their lives. Gwardiado gud na sila og ilang pamilya. Kanus-a paman kaha ta makakita og balaod na naay pangil ani? Naa lagi balaod, pero maayo ras papel.then, these people are very proud nga nakahimo silag balaod.butangi, we spend millions for such a toothless law. Good luck nalng.
