lahi ang powers sa judicial & executive branch.. if you come to think about it, how many presidents ang ni-agi ani na case? 4 or maybe 5 presidents.. since kung 1991 na happen ang crime, that would make cory the president.. so cory, ramos, estrada, gloria & now pnoy.. the only political move nga nahimo ani sa case is that they released the verdict AFTER na sa election.. because, kung kinsa ang govt. leaders na ma associate ani would become very unpopular & will definitely not win the election

some people definitely knew this was going to happen anyway.. 2 months ago, daghan na interview from both sides ni gawas.. then the cop was released.. for 15 yrs. they put their chess pieces to place.. slowly but surely, anyway what physical evidence is there to examine after 15 yrs. , kalit man 2 nag ka wagtang..

Unya gusto nimo si Justice Carpio mo vote? Eh, in 1995 he was used as witness by the Webb family. So the most logical thing he would do is to inhibit, else he will be suspected as biased.

Yup, this all boils down to Jessica Alfaro. No matter how good your case against a suspect but if the witness you are using is deffective then the case buildup made will be useless...
