Instructor: Coach Rabo (8 years of experience in Capoeira)

For those who are interested, please PM me for the price.

Capoeira is for everyone, young or old.
It can improve mobility, develops strength, core/abs and flexibility,
and definitely can improve posture.

We have strengthening, step by step execution and basic kicks, esquivas, and acrobacias.

So don't be afraid if you can't do what others can,
because we all start from the basic.

Capoeira Class @ Metrosports will have the following schedules:

Monday - Wednesday - Friday
3:00pm - 4:30pm
(Summer Class only - starts April 11, 2012)

Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday
7:00pm - 8:00pm
(Saturday is subject for approval pa)

Students will have discount as well (for T/TH/S class),
considered pud ang mga bag.ong graduate sa college..

No class this coming Saturday @ Metrosports.

Coaches will attend Batizado ("Baptism") held @ Club650, Quezon City, Manila with our very own Mestre, Mestre Torpedo, his brother Mestre Cicatriz, Monitor Lorem and special guests from other school, Professor Fantasma.





It's one big event for Sinha Bahia de Capoeira Internacional.
