PNoy is like Mr. Hindsight 20/20. He loves to pontificate after an uproar has already happened. His telling Lim to come up with better ideas now is pointless because he was given a preview of this slogan well before it was publicly released. If he was capable of recognizing how bad the slogan was, he could have stopped it then. The problem of course is that he thought the slogan was great and made perfect sense. Why else would he suggest putting a tarsier on the "i" in Pilipinas, as was widely reported? He made it even more baduy and homosexual. Why not scrap the whole slogan back then and save themselves the humiliation?
It's only now that the uproar has started that he suddenly has the brain matter to realize what a stupid slogan this is? Ridiculous. We should name him Captain Hindsight.

In all fairness to DOT, while I was looking closely @ the LOGO. I think the Philippines' Logo is way better than Poland. I will not talk na copycat lang or as the DOT preferred to call it, "inspired" lang sa Poland na logo.
Mas maganda ang sa Pinas..hihihih

another waste of money kay e change na pud... maypa ipacontest nalang nah mas maayo pa ang result og mas makatabang pa sila sa mga artists na mo join at the same time less effort and less money from the DOT na ma gasto... haaaaizzzzz.........
