I am also not sure about users sa IBM system. AFAIK, usually the users are just following what computer system is there in place and not the other way around that the system is following the user.

AFAIK, GSIS sued IBM for the system that sucked big time. in return, IBM sued GSIS for damaging their reputation. Correct me lang if i was wrong.
