Being a Pinoy, some days just call for a good old bowl of Puto Maya and Sikwate. I used to wake up ar 4 in the morning just to go to Tabo-an and this place in Sikatuna that served (they still do actually) the best Puto ever. And by ever, I mean it.
Of course, for more a traditional breakfast, I like to have lots a few strips of bacon, hash-browns or French toast, and eggs (over easy, poached if I'm feeling adventurous).
Slightly OT: I love the breakfast menu of Don Merto's. Delish.
