I used to have a very PETTY (take note, petty) old, abandoned (almost dead) case involving a vehicular accident/extortion attempt with capitol which was just recently and mysteriously resurrected and there is NOTHING logical and sensible reason that I can think of that caused it but my rantings against Capitol here in Istorya.Net.

On a smaller scale .... it came to the point that during the times I was a member and now a site keeper , I was threaten and harassed by some people I had mess with using dummy accounts . I would be more scared to them compared to Capitol because these people are people that I dont know and we all know who are the people that composed the Capitol . Kaila ka kinsay kontra nimo baga .

My real name , address , phone number's both cellphone and landline and my picture na choychoy are all over the threads both old and new . Really I was scared ..... very scared .

Regarding the FREEDOM of SPEECH also , it is always there . You will know if it is taken away from you because they made you STFU . My point is , as long as it is within boundaries of justifiable and respectful manner then it should be ok when discussing things and airing out opinions . Just because a reprimand , warning , award etc was given , it doesnt mean that the FREEDOM of SPEECH was taken away , a violation of the rules and regulations occured thus the action was based from . On a different note , nobody really cared if LGU or make it NGO are here . This is a public domain , I think non members can even view the postings but cant reply though .
