naa man ko ani karon.. been with this for months now.. naa days na Ok naa pud nga lisud jd.. usual nako nga mo occur ni kay kanang pa uli ko.. naa ko sa jeep.. hihi lisura lagi.. lisud pg control.. saons. pero i am finding ways na ma distract ko like browse2x sa ako ipod kng ako lng pero kng naa ko kuyog, storya2x nila.. kada uli jd nako murag mo tuod na sa oras hihi saons pud.. kana pud mg grocery murag malibat tan.aw sa mga tao hehehe

btw, it helps to watch feel-good and funny movies.
basta mo occur na gane ang PA try to relax urself.. inhale and exhale ug hihay... then imagine ug butang nga memorable para nmo.. at least ma divert kong unsa ang naa sa imong huna.huna...
lisod kau ni ang PA basta imong i tolerate kay mo grabe na hinuon... kong mahadlok gane mogawas dapat i conquer jd na inyo fear kay after mabuhat nmo imong buhaton kay mawala raman na... kane mn gd naa ta PA kay mostly mga advance kau ug g.hunahuna ba kong unsa mahitabo sa unahan mao mahadlok na.. mau nga dli nmo huna hunaon kong unsa mahitabo ba... i blanko lang jd ang huna huna... just go with the flow//.. ako galisod jd ko ane sakita kay utok imong kontra.. pro nka recover nko now.. but not 100% recovery
