Wala na ko rice and softdrink. I only eat crackers, esp. katong wheat ug wid omega 3. my protein source is fish (not fried) and chicken (steamed). I also ate fruits and drank natural fruit juice only. Mg.oatmeal ko in the morning or kanang gutomun ko. I also had coffee in my diet. Then, i exercise a lot jud.
