Hatag lang ko gamay idea about SEO:

Mas maayo content rich imong site then decide your 8 to 15 targeted keywords and use it to repharase the topics, product details or site contents and mas maayo kung every page nimo e apply, avoid topic or content duplication.

Then apply the following:

ONpage SEO:
meta tags, header tags, italic/bold & underline text, title tags, keyword tags, alt tags, static URL's if possible coz it helps alot on SE ranking.
Daghan factor ang SEO, mas maayo kung naa kay idea sa HTML para ma manage nimo ang mga tags from time to time.


OFFpage SEO:
Article marketing, link building, directory submissions, forum postings, press release, blogging, newsletters etc.

onpage optimization will very effective along with keywords stuffing but this is if your willing to risk.

directory submission still works and of course link is a link whether do or nofollow depending on the directory especially if this provide traffic. still it will works. why do spammers spam in the fist place? this is becuase it works apart that it the cheapest way

however article directory submission is better in terms of offpage.

Ah ok. There is a setting in google to not base the result on your surfing habits and sites visited. However Localization is in place man. But I think Google always have same international results. I always ask my counterpart in Austria and US to check the results of our SEO efforts. We have same settings and same results. The result can sometimes be offset if the setting of google in ur browser is personalized and Having a strong local SEO efforts using google Mapping ang Geolocation efforts as well.
