according to the Muslims and the Jews, the prophecy of the Messiah was never fulfilled, yet. it was only Paul (Saul of Tarsus) who made up "fairy-tale" stories that appealed to the Gentiles or the Roman Jews. and from then on, just like a TV series, it made a cult-following and influenced a pop-culture in Palestine. suddenly, there were many who claimed to know a thing or two about Jesus the Christ. and the myth started by paul became a legend. and then that legend multiplied to different versions. and then the gospels were born. more than 30 of them, each speaking a different theme. even the 4 synoptic gospels were in conflict with each other. that's because they were written in different timelines and all of them were not eye-witness accounts on Jesus. they were not written by the four apostles themselves but merely attributed to them. and because there was no printing press before, the scriptures were copied by hand. now, a typographical error occured when a scribe erroneously wrote a different word from a dictation. maybe somebody coughed or farted. or maybe the source document's characters were obscured. now those finished copies are being copied for mass production. and then those mass produced corrupt copies are being translated into the bible we use today. reality bites, doesn't it?
