that song is indeed for a dreamer because it seems like suggesting about a non-existent God i suppose.

we can only have peace in God. apart from God we can do nothing.

When Clive Barker wrote about Pinhead (or how he manifested Hell as a sadist's world) in Hellraisr it doesn't mean that such a person or being exists but yet most of the people who watched the movie are terrified and even dream about it. Does it make him any real? Only in the mind of Clive barker.
    i love that movie....pinhead and his cenobites.hahaha

Pinhead: "we have such sights to show you"

    as for this analogy...
When we talk about FAITH it's like telling some one about things unseen, that's why it's called FAITH...
good example is the air. have you seen the air? nope we can't...even if you mix air with smoke, you see the smoke going along with air but you did not saw the air...but you can feel it.that's what FAITH is, anchored on things unseen.

what i'm trying to say is that, FAITH is an individual conviction/experience.
CONVINCING FAITH is not FAITH at all..

have you heard about carl sagan's invisible dragon in his garage??

point is... having faith in something doesnt make that something exist.

you dont need faith to believe in air...thats a tag line or rather marketing speech commonly used to convert the confused.hehe

i think you might want to change your terminologies...if you have believe on someone, having faith on it, that someone MUST EXIST but probably not visible.

so your point may tell us....having faith in something doesn't make that something visible.

..it's not a marketing speech bro. it's real and commonly used, a good example of "faith"

i have met a lot of former muslims from iran and south of mindanao who were converted to follow Christ. they were not brainwashed. they saw and realized the difference between their former faith and their faith in Christ. Christ teaching is so powerful and heavenly. their primary struggle initially was accepting Christ as God. with the whole scriptures, it was possible to accept it.

brainwashing is good if that belief is correct but if it's not, then the problem is bared in the open. that's why, it is good to study all major religions and its teachings if you are concern about your soul for certainly we all die. what lies ahead is the fear of death and only the true belief saves you from what waits you there.

read the bible, quran and any religious books around. if you seek God with all your heart, He will show you the way - the true path for if you will know the truth and the truth shall set you free. free from fear of the unknown that lies after death. now is the time to do that!

too bad i can't find a quran anywhere but i do find satanists' bibles all over the internet.

since we're talking about being open minded right now, has anyone bothered to read a satanist's bible.

the other concern about this now is that a movie once said "some things are real whether you believe in them or not."

which then leads to the question: "who is right?"

and then leads to a heated war to answer that question wherein Winston Churchill proves he is right: "War does not determine who is right, it determines who is left." LOL

And why have you not mentioned the fact that there are also christians who converted TO islam? this isnt' a one way street, you know. in fact, based on your name alone, a lot of great boxers were formerly christians and converted to islam. Ali, Hopkins and Tyson just to name a few. It has nothing to do with who's teaching is powerful and heavenly because it all boils down the the believer's decision.

of course it is not. that is why i mentioned about muslims that converted to christianity. ang imong ingon man gud kay christian to christian group, dba? conversion is not popularity naman. but in terms of numbers, sa america, muslim and christians have almost the same number of converts. 9/11 made islam more popular that put it to the consciousness of america. during that time, some hated it some also became curious. sa europe dako kaau ang number of islam converts but in afrika and asia, christianity is more bigger in number in terms of conversion. like here in the philippines, mas daghan ang magconvert from one christian group to another.
