its hurts me so much when i received my ITR for the whole year of 2006..i gave almost 300T to the government as my share being a citizen here. i wonder why where will this money of mine going. i spent a lot a tiring days of overtime, efforts and almost killed me due to over work. my money should be use for the right thing that can be visible to everyone, it could lessen up my burdens. BGUT LOOK WHAT THEY DID.....EATING WHAT WE SERVE!

why doesn't the personnel of the city engineers office of mandaue city come clean. volunteer to be a state witness and join the withness protection program of the government. tell the truth: that they were only instructed by their local boss to copy the POWE of the suppliers. in this way they can avoid being convicted and dismissed from the service. luoy kaayo sila, after all they are the least guilty.

the citizens of mandaue and the whole country who own any type of vehicle are the most affected by the decorative lamp post/streetlight scam. it was their motor vehicle registration fees which were used to pay for the decorative lamp posts (costing P85,000 to P224,000) and the street lights (costing P315,000 - P350,000). a friend of mine calculated that the P350,000 cost of one, repeat one, streetlight can buy 70,000 kg of rice, 175 pieces of cellphones, or 7 units house-and-lot (gawad kalinga type).
