based on my experience... in fairness to all the staff in pcqb-sm... mostly all the guys having bad customer service... i think only ariel is know how to handle his client well... but , last time nako adto, dli namn cya sales gud.. technician na cya... receiving all the troubleshooting... mao pud cguro...

bag-o pa ko palit didto PSU bro... pag ask nako sa isa ka sales if naa ba cla ato nga brand ako gipangita, nidiretso man balibad nga wala kuno. nya murag nagduda man ko, mao to pagdayon nako gawas ako gi ask tong guy nga duol sa door nga nag-install ug vista - basin mao cguro to si ariel bro? may gani niingon cya nga naa, cya na nuon nag entertain nako, kato first nako nga gi ask igo nalang nihatag receipt...

My sister and I bought new laptops from Silicon Valley in SM Cebu a few weeks ago. Nice ila items, the store is also clean and organized, naa daghan accessories available for your lappies even a globe tattoo naa pud sila baligya and the sales representatives are very honest, accomodating, and knowledgeable. cheerful pa jud kaayo, mkatakod naa pud sila freebies. like my sister bought a toshiba laptop she got a free canon printer and memory upgrade and daghan pa toh i couldn't vividly remember na. for my netbook they gave me a free external CD drive coz i want to watch DVDs while traveling, super handy na jud! we went back there 4 days later to buy some more accessories for our laptops like what they call wireless mouse (?) and laptop coolers (?). grabe muasikaso ila sales reps. me and my sister had 1 rep each and they never left our sides til we got out of the store na. so i guess i can say Silicon Valley is my fave computer store in cebu. but hey! they also sell flat screen TVs

nka kaon siguro tong ga accomodate ninyo, kay kung nka timing paka ug wa ka kaon, like before palit ko ug Samsung LCD monitor, ako gipa test sa salesman, ingnon lng ka nga balik lng ug naay problema, tarong ba na? Imagine mo balik lng ka sa SM, kay naay problema ang LCD monitor, d na unta ka ka balik kay maau ang item, kay gi test. Tsk Tsk Tsk

Sa ako lng to cya nga experience sa SILICON VALLEY. Sa SM timing timing lng na dha.

Ang maingon lang nako kay dako kaayo ila cellophane..nipalit ko ug USB imation 4gb nano pro kay barato didto 450 ra, na shock lang ko kay ang cellophane mura man ug para sa case sa pc.

Ok ra man diha sa pc quickbuys sa UC kay managad man..sa SM lang gud ang way ayo. Kadaghan naman ko nipalit sa sm pc quickbuys pero gikan atong gipahuwat ko ug 3 months before makuha ang video card kay sa pc express nako mopalit

Sa pc quickbuys UC diha ko mopalit ug mga ginagmay like cd, dvd, speaker, etc

Hahaha.. mga kolokoy na dha brod.. murag usa ray naay alamag dha..
One time naka agi ko dha tan.aw kog TV tuner ni ask ko kung naa ba stand alone na TV tuner then ang reply kay USB ni brod nya naa ni remote. Then one of the sales rep naa ka storya na mga 40's na ang pangidaron.. Cge ask ang customer kung unsa ang nindot na Monitor ug unsa ang latest kato namang kumong2x na sales rep cge cya insist sa mahalon na monitor kay last nalang kuno na stock.

@ kabz & kazki: im deeply sadden to read upon your bad experiences but it might be good to note that 95% of NUTECH staff from 2008 have been terminated...newer staff have gotten better reviews and reports. new policies have been put in place to prevent those things from happening again... should you have more problems/issues with NUTECH do send me a PM...thanks!

if you're at the main branch look for jason. if sa sm ka look for aladin. if sa emall ka look for michelle.
coz nutech also have OJTs rabah maski di magkadimao ang tubag hehe
