So far, I haven't experienced anything bad with their service. Since college, Sto. Rosario branch became my usual meeting spot with friends (other than Natio bookstore), hehe

don't have any really bad experience. but one time, a friend asked his 10 year old daughter to call up jollibee and have them deliver 200 pesos worth of burgers. after a couple of hours, the father wondered what happend to his burgers. he called up the restaurant and the waiter said that they were still cooking burger no. 120!!! boy, they had to eat burgers for a couple of weeks.

my son is a certified chicken steak addict. one time...naubusan dito sa jollibee banawa...susme i would drive all the way to mango just to be able to buy....this was during the height of my son's addiction hahahahaha.
as in everyday gyud chicken steak. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
the best service for me na jollibee is the one in raintree mall. one time nayabo bitaw ni sulod sa ako tray...2 orders of fries and a jollihotdog kay lisod balance sa tray and pump the catsup kay hurot na man diay catsup sa dispenser.
they replaced all. no additional charge. weeee
