You need to be a grad student.

if you will be using iComm your starting career... specially in the area of Web and Application Programming, Computer Network and Stuff it will be a plus. Since hands-on jud ang iComm. you will learn new things, it will also depend kung unsa ka ka eager mo learn.

and why do the customer service representatives get the chance to travel? Aren't they supposed to work like call center agents?

its because it is not just taking in coming calls or doing outgoing calls.
Customer Service in iComm handles sales, pricing of cars and auctions.
when our partner both IBC and Autoterminal
needed some help, iComm will sent Custmer service Rep who are familiar with the flow of the business into that branch.

its not only customer service, it includes Accounting Staff, Systems and Software Developers.
