we just dont think of ourselves.. think about the mouths that those 50 heads are feeding, the bills they are paying... the families they are supporting, the ailing parents they are providing meds .. the youngers siblings they are sending to school to have a nifty chance in the future....
nobody deserves it..
we just say they might have it coming because of their deeds.. so be it..
take a little sensitivity to be a bum nowadays..

seems like you have a grudge against these people bai. anyway, i have been with SE since it was still young, so i am pretty aware of the goings-on on the floor. and i'm sure i know of these "ninja masters" you are talking about. anyway, all i can say it that they're good. really good. and i mean sa ilang troubleshooting. and to be fair to them, wa man jud ko kadungog nga naghinambog sila sa ilang success. and to point out another thing, the grounds for the firing was because of FCR abuse. now tell me, maski usa sa ila wa man jud ko kakita ug constantly lagpas nga FCR. sure, normal man na nga uban agents magsugod at 100% sa month, and kasuway na ko ana kadaghan, but there is really no way so stay above 86% without something happening in the background. top FCR for one month -possible, for two months - questionable, three months - outrageous.
usa ra jud akong naobserve that they have been focusing on from the very start, and that is they are very good at getting high tacrift nga walay pugong. why does it work? because a very satisfied customer will always give a very good survey. and because of this, daghan tao masuya and daghan tao magthink nga tikas ni. well, this i ask you, if tikas ni then ngano wala man jud evidence beh? niabot na man lang gani sila ug 11 months nga top team, and ever since the first month giinvestigate na sila beacuse of their success. nganong wala man juy nataktak nila? if muingon ka nga master na sila, the pag first month pa lang unta, when they just started on the account, daghan na unta nataktak kay dili pa man sweto sa ninja-ninja diba?

yeah we know the target metrics are attainable even if honest ang agent.
as long as you're a good agent with good communication skills, you'll get your 100 sa tacrift.
that's really the most important thing- as long as you properly let your eu understand the WHY of your troubleshooting and maybe build proper rapport.
but really, some people like to pull their own legs ;D
