    Even if you get accepted by this employer there is still little chance that your employment pass will be approved by MOM. My wife applied there and was accepted 3 times by different employer but her pass application were all rejected. SG is slowly but surely getting rid of foreign talents since their natives has become so jealous of foreigners getting the job that they felt belongs to them.
    For example as an SPass holder, your salary must not be less than 2,100Sgd. So what agencies or some employer do is to pad your salary, declaring it as such even if you're just going to get a lot less in reality. Plus they will exaggerate your skills and qualifications so they could justify hiring a foreigner than a local. If you're young, below 30s and your credentials submitted to MOM was exaggerated, the MOM will suspect it and you'll get a rejection.

    My advice is if you have disposable money and you really want to work there then take a gamble, hope for the best but also expect the worst.

    In my case before, I was interviewed here over the phone and they didn't require me to go there for a personal interview and they processed my pass before I quit my job here and went to work in SG.
