wa nasad ni sulod ang p4p ahak ni sila oi.. have you heard 50 agents have been terminated by SE .. per request by client because of Misdirects and ghost calls? they just noticed na naka plot na sa ilang empower na di na sila pasudlon... faets.... not even formally telling then that thier log ins have been deactivated..

pero ila pa daw gipaningkamutan nga macredit na jud ang incentives kay Accenture-initiated man ang idea sa P4P, nya karon na nuon direct client na, way P4P, so ila jud daw iintroduce sa client para mainspire ang agents

as what I've heard...dugay naman na nila daw gi-investigate ang 50 agents because of "ninja moves". Mao pud lagi na guys, if unsa gani bati nato binuhatan, mahibaw-an gyud na....then considering nga ang client gyud daw naka sakop....luoy gyud ang agents ana...coz' once the client will tell the management say, "remove those agents"...ala gyud mabuhat ang management ana... and once again, it's also against Sykes policy pud baya...
