my suggestion bro, we can add-up as another committee head silang allday ug hoopster kay they have good grasp of making the next league to be more successful (this is my vision)...

kay ang mga current committeshe kay na-promote na sa ilang work, labina si metallica... ug si salot kay mag 2 become 1 na pohon ug si monrose pod diay kay mag 1 become 2 na... hehehe...
si jade pod kay nidaghan na ang trabaho kay mo-modawat naman ug labada,manicure,pedicure ug alot maong na-opaw... hehehe...


i'm not telling you that nga mo-resign na sila ha, what i mean kay dili na sila makahatag ug full time sa league, nga dili na every schedule naa ni sila... but we are in need of fresh ideas, strong knees kay natiguwang na ni sila... hehehe...
seriously, para ma-split up ang task in running the league...


well, if you insist that running the next league with the same committeshe will worsen up the tournament, coz you know already the condition of the current committeeshe...

agree ko sa imong idea boss strad... maybe we should have a new set of committee heads and organizers for this league. I am not saying that I am resigning or my fellow committee members na sila metallica, karljadon, monrose and stradnus but maybe it's time napud na lain nasad ang mo dala sa upcoming 4th conference in order for us to have a break kay medyo daghan napud mi na agi-an na mga kalisod hilabi na sa pag saway sa among pagdala sa liga ug sakit pud sa ulo. maybe it's now time to have a new set of committee/organiser members.

hehehehe. sugot ra man sad mi ana na responsibility. its not going to be easy but we can make this into a better league.

as far as i know, dili available ang sacred heart this friday kay gamiton na siya for the cebu youth basketball league from 6-9pm.

mas ma ayo pa pili-on nato ang team captain/player kinsa ilang gusto.. basta lang mo co-operate pod ang uban committee heads and team leader/captain, kay lisud ka ayo kong one man show ra ang atong league, there are times gali nga during sa sked sa akong team ako pa ang mo table, but wa gyud koy ma blame kay kasabot ka ayo ko ninyo...

what we need jud is cooperation and commitment kay ato naman neh na sugdan ato gyud neh barogan nga mo lambo pa gyud neh atong basketball club,

i accept nga daghan gyud ka ayo lapses and adjustment sa akong pag dala sa 3rd conference maybe na timing lang nga ako ang na abtan sa mga problema and of course e priority man gyud nato neh atong trabaho, ma o bitaw nga daghan ka ayo adjustment atong gibuhat to give way sa mga team nga deli mo conflict sa ilang work schedule,

labad gyud sa ulo and deli lalim, and i think if ako gihapon inyo gusto nga commissioner i need to 2 months to prepare everything. no joke.. referee pa lang da-an mag lisud na ta.. talking bout budget and sa crisis sa panahon karon....
