    whose to blame :

    a. Pres Pnoy - command responsibility as every commander in chief is responsible for the action of his soldiers

    b. PNP Generals- they the money to waste going to Europe and Russia , but they cannot provide good training, adequate training and good salary for the Police force.

    c. Crooked Politikos - wala na ginawa kundi magnakaw sa kaban ng bayan at mag yabang.

    d. TV networks - for the sake of RATINGS, RATINGS and MOney wala man sila paki alam kung sinu ang mamatay kung sinu ang matamaan kung sinu ang masagasaan all they care is RATINGS and being NUMBER FCKING 1.

    e. Filipino People - coz we tolerate a culture of corruption for so long that its already a way of life for us Filipino's. Down to the Barangay level we are corrupt. Also we elect crooked politicos who are there not to serve the people but to serve their own personal agenda. And we complain later on.

For those who criticize the SWAT TEAM, Yes they commit mistakes but boy this is real life not a video game you can just replay when you lose or restart when ever you want to. Remember that those SWAT TEAM even if they lack proper equipment or training they went in coz somebody has to face a lunatic cop armed to the teeth.

I never voted for Pnoy, I never liked the police force, but at times like this we need to stick together coz we are on the same ship boy...
all of us are to be blame... our mastery at pointing fingers, our failure to help in anyway in building a one strong united country...

If only people set aside politics and request PNP SAF commando to take the initiative in bringing down the hostage taker, perhaps results could had been different. SAF had most of the top of the line equipment for such scenario and other domestic counter-terrorism. They recieved training from FBI's Hostage and Rescue Team (HRT), YAMAM (Israel), RAID (France) and most specially from CIRG (FBI). During the Manila Peninsula siege we can see them wearing gas mask and Kevlars. The unit's motto speaks for itself "By virtue of skill, we triumph"...training breeds confidence which the SWAT team in that tragedy surely lack.

Unfortunately, they were not there in that tragic scene or if not sideline for some reasons- politics perhaps? If they were there they could had been the plan-B but as it turn out- No plan-B, hence the ensuing debacle witness internationally played in prime time.

Why politics? PNP SAF together with the army were always the forces Pres. Gloria's can depend on during her stay and most favored when it comes to training and equipment...just my two cents opinion.
