IT HELPDESK - present job (bago pa ko dire and probably mga 6 months ako xperience ani b4 larga)
scope kay desktop support 1st level, mga email config, troubleshoot network, hardware and software issue. mostly basic

CCNA certfied; ma expire 2017, and kabalo nsd ko mga routing protocols and vlan.
naka gamit pd ko ticketing system na SYSAID,HEAT and HP service manager.
remote tools - bomgard and teamviewer
kagamit pd ko ms exchange server and active directory but for password reset and creating distro list lng sa email
changing sa network folder permission para sa end users (Read and write access ra gd)(sometimes e add sa ACL group)
BSIT grad
planning to take NCII b4 larga and if madala, ITIL or MCSA

kumbati nani or tagilid ghpn?

ig balik sa SG, ipakita lan tong Ginamit nga OEC sa Spouse para maka discount sa travel tax. murag an OEC sa mga nag work ra na.. pero if nag work ang dependent wa nko kabalo..
