Basta, as far as i know, though daghan sa tiyan, dili ra dinha ang naa'y visceral fats.
Organ fats man ni ang viceral fats, so naa pod sa hearth, sa atong atay, tina-e, kidney, etc.
sakto ka boss bad gyud kaayo nang visceral fats kay maka impede na sa function sa internal organs.
but there must be proper distinction kay dali ra kaayo ma confuse. as far as i know the only way to know is through ultrasound or if you want to spend cash, thru ct scan hehe. visceral fats are very hard to get rid of. that is why much better if after a meal, a short walk or anything minimal physical activity that would make use of that energy would be better para wala kaayoy ma push into visceral fats. but it doesn't mean tambok or chubby dili healthy.
some people dako2x tiyan but stay healthy mainly because they have subcutaneous fats and very little visceral fats. a good indicator is kana ganing dali raka maluya then dali raka dukaon sige lang tulog kana di nana maayo.hehe. try walking boss bisan 15 to 30 minutes lang.ayus na kaayo na.
the way i understand it is that when loosing weight, there are a lot of categories.
1. Water and/or Glycogen = this is when you exercise or do any physical activity. this is the direct weight loss. but not a good one since you have to replenish it immediately. Glycogen and Water is very essential in body functions.
2. Muscle Mass = once your body runs out of blood sugar or direct energy, it focuses on the reserve energy, it will make use of your muscle mass to convert proteins into glucose through nont ketogenic gluconeogenesis. but your body is smart enough not to deplete your muscle mass.hehe.
3. Fats Visceral and Subcutaneous = after your body has had enough of consuming your muscles that the time it will be executing ketogenic gluconeogenesis and will consume both visceral and subcutaneous.
so lisud gyud kaayo ni iburn ang kaning mga fats. that is why it is much better to like to take a walk a little bit after meal para ang blood sugar or carbohydrates kay ma consume sa body instead of it being stored as fat. even a 15 minute walk is very good.

i run because i want to eat every yummy food...
been on caloric restriction for months since i left previous work. it was planned out before i even left, managing both work and school at the same time for around 2 years had me gain weight a lot. the moment i resigned, i worked on my weight problem right away.
from around 95-100kg in Q4 2016 to 70-75kg nlng karon Q2 2017.
i do fasting from time to time until now, then cardio pud.
nakaadjust ra ako lawas eventually. but i do feel the need to do weight training again soon miskan daot nko ron ky ganahan ko naay porma ako lawas. lol
... husband sa ako kauban sa work, gi-heart-attack, now in coma.
Kahibaw siya nga medyo high blood siya.
Iyang approach, mokaon siya'g sa iyang gusto, then jogging og maayo "daw".
Ang ako lang Boss... exercise is really not enough.
Proper nutrition jud plus a some exercise.

i still find jogging and running the best way to shred of fats bisan
sa kadaghan na nako natry nga activities.
daghan man gihapon madisgrasya sa heart attack bisan well balanced ilang lifestyle and
activities pero agree kaayo ko proper nutrition/diet plus exercise.
