I want to give this engagement specialist or whoever in 24/7 a big laugh. Obviously they are just a bunch of dress down liars in the industry trying to invite unsuspecting graduates and experienced agents. The salary range is not true. I got a J1 job sales/tech and i had 2 years cc experience as cs. The offer was 17500 with 3000 allowance. I tried to negotiate with my interviewer because i believe the offer was too low compared to other industries but it was declined and since i needed a job that time, im forced to accept it. When we started our cct in insular, look what everyone has the same offer except one who'd been in the industry for 5 years as s.m.e tsr which her offer is 18600. I graduated first in our class including pst and i am embittered by the fact i got a commoner pay yet i was trying to be optimistic as we have gift checks in sales. Everyone in 24/7 knows it's queuing in HR during payday for correction of payslips due to their accursed time keeping system and lazy managers who validate without correcting your punches before 3 days threshold. You might think it is employees responsibility to make sure his punches are correect, now what will if i say to you, the time on the hard phone, time keeping system and built in tracker as well as the workforce time have 2-3 mins discrepancies EACH? Tell me how much deduction you get everyday. For the incentives oh common 2 mos delay is normal not mentioning they cant give it in full. After 2 years you get additional 500php rice allowance. For the health card i have both my parents declared and they are deducting 800/payday as long as they're declared as ur dependents. Yes every payday guys. If you are planning to build a career dont be in this compNy as they dnt have retirement packages too. I know alot who stayed for 5 years but it's just bittersweet goodbye. Now tell me, am i lying?

2 years experience ra man diay gani, gigamayan pa ka sa 17.5k basic ug 3k allowance? Some accounts in CVG offers starting rates lower than that. I was with CVG before and my rate after 2 years kay starting pa nako dire. Does Stream or TP offers 17.5k basic and 3k allowance? You wish!

And I never been to HR office for a pay dispute. Wa gani ko kaila kinsa ila HR Personnel
