Cons:Abusahan sa mga corrupt enforcers.

.. i concur with this, coz this is what the officer told me when i had my seminar last january, i got caught with dangerous driving - TOP. My first violation in 2 years. I don't see any problem with these fines, as long as you obey traffic rules, you'll be ok. As what the officer told me DRIVERS DON'T HAVE AN EXCUSE WHEN THEY ARE CAUGHT, COZ THERE ARE TRAFFIC SIGNS TO AID THEM ON EVERY CORNER. And to be honest, i believe him, coz i got caught on gorordo street passing on a red light at 0100 hour, expecting that there are no citom around. It was my fault.

ok ra. au pud nuon tagam ang mga drivers. they will take traffic laws more seriously. ampo lang wala pud magpahimos nga mga traffic enforcers.

kung buot hunahunaon sinsiyo rana ang mga multa nato i-compare sa other countries. Mas maayo pa gani patas-an pa na...anyway, they (LTO) are in the right track.

mas daghan pang abusado nga pedestrian pataka lang ug panglabang nya kung maligsan ang driver raba dayon ang sad-an.
