I think we need 2 more bridges. From Cebu City to Lapu2x and From North Like Consolacion or Liloan to Lap2x, a wide coastal road from south to north and vice versa and of course a well organized rapid transits...Mandaue is a highly industrialized City where road Improvements such as widening is unlikely to happen. Based on the study, if we were to implement enough road for metro Cebu through Mandaue, Mandaue City will all be roads. But this is close to impossible....so the options above works...it would also be good if an airport is located in the mainland Cebu.

the idea of 3rd bridge was hatch even before SM decided to pud malls in there... the mall just fast tracked the implementation IHMO
