please give me the benefit of knowing, of course thats a private property, I was just asking how would the authorities in the area know that this particular pipe is a loud pipe or a noisy pipe and should or should not be allowed to go in, mao nangutana ko in line ba with the rules or naay own set of rules.. hehe,

Sa akong experience bro, I am both, a victim at first then the victimizer (if there's such a word) na krn.

it just so happen na i decided to switch to open pipe for my safety since it adds man dyud while on the road kay so far la nako naka try gi cut ko sa jeep / taxi driver so partly ako napod ang nag saba2x sa amo inig abot nako from work at around 2AM or so.
But so far sa kani ako na experience, wala ko naka sita sa amo neighbors and wala man pod ni sita sila sa ako kay saba ako pipe ... so mao ni assume ko na we both have an understanding and respect about the noisy pipes we have.

IMO and as what i have read that we all say here sa thread: Yes loud pipes can warn and save lives. But that's just partly it. Responsible drivers on the road can save lives including theirs.

As motorists, we all have to take note that other drivers are out there not just for the sole purpose of looking out for or listening for our tambotso sound. We have to do our bit of being a responsible driver, maka tambotso nga madungog, or dili.
