Rama shouldn't have blocked Del Mar's or Tomas' projects esp na tiga cebu city ra ang maka benefit.

by the way, kinsa naa idea pila ang total collections or revenue ron sa cebu city govt/ hall??

naa ko nabasahan sa FB gud nga mas gamay ang total collections/ revenue against the the budget for projects in cebu city.

if: total revenue < proposed budget for projects will result to NET LOSS baya. but total > proposed budget for projects will result to NET INCOME baya.

so naka huna2x lang pod ko naa pod diay valid reason nga ang city council mo block ubang mga proposals ni mike and in return, mike blocked projects of del mar, osmena & sen. serge... kay kung wala pa to gi block ni mike ang mga projects nila tomas, mike og del mar, at least maka save man ang cebu city government kay ang kwarta gikan pod sa pork barrel. sa akong tan-aw, total revenue/ collections < proposed budget for projects baya.

Bright man kaha ka, naa diay PDAF nga 400M? ang PDAF sa congressman 70M, sa Senator 200M. Ang tinood kanang 400M sa DPWH na dili na sa imong amo nga si tomas. Sus, gihilasan ko nga iya giankon nga iya.
