WOW! A gratitude journal? Geeez, never thought of that.
You hit right in the spot, SD.
I do keep a journal pouring all my heart's frustrations thinking
that it would alleviate how I'm feeling but it's making it all
worse and I can't seem to pick up the pieces that fast to
recover... That explains why I'm such in a rut lately coz I'm
not doing it right...
I'll start afresh with the GJ and be more motivated on this one.
