    Wala ko kasulay of AWOL in my 3-year work experience. Kahibawo ko unsa ka bwisit ning mga tawo nga mo-absent og walay hinungdan and how it affects the production, mo respeto gihapon ko nila isip tawo.

    Don't be more immature than this guys who went AWOL, TS. Follow facebook's suggestion: follow the right process.

    Naa sad kay point, but on my part why nag ing-ana akong behavior, for past 9 years ko sa company only 4 times lang me na increasan sa salary, the owner promise a good incentives if mo abot me sa quota but nanubra sa quota usbon dayon ang method sa incentives, nga-raan name sa company pero why man taga-an ug pabor katong mga bago nga nag sugod pa. Kana insulto gikan sa amo naa dyud na normal na samot maka amo ka ug kabalo tanan wala dyud ka dag-anan. Dili ra ako usa naka feel ug dili maayo sa pama agi apil na akong mga kauban nga utro pud karaan. So ang ending nag sunod2x ug resign mga employee kay wala na ka dawat sa pagdala sa management.

    Now AWOL -- katong mga naka sala lang unta ang post sa NewsPaper diba.. katong nanghilabot dyud sa company. katong involve ug transaction like kwarta.

    wala ko kasabot nimo @facebook. why do you side with the company when you havent heard of the employees' sentiments yet? if you read from page 1 and research about the company, alot of lapses have been done by the company.
    im always against AWOL but if you are not happy anymore, frustrated and have reached your threshold, sometimes you might do something stupid. i know people have tried to be patient with this company but some things are inevitable.

    if you AWOL you can use emotionally harassed blah blah. if you have a good attorneys they can justify why you left the company. With this company's reputation and image I doubt DOLE will side with them. Posting pics in a public website is already humiliating.

    i think di pud sakto maghimo ug site posting the names and pics of those employees ni awol.

    naa lang ko ishare di nuon ako ang nakaexperience ani pero ako uban workmates. i worked in an ESL center before. pag apply palang di sila mosulti sa sweldo hangtod naabot nalang na among training ug 1 month nakahibaw mi sa salary. unya wala nalang mi nibackout kay nasayangan nami sa effort namo and expenses for a month. mao to pagwork na namo dito way klaro ang company maski ang way pagpasweldo unorganized kaayo and ang mga policies inconsistent kaayo pirme pud mi moreklamo kada payday kay ang deductions di magkadimao then ang ilang pagpatotal sa among mga classes lahi sad amo total. gubot pa sa lukot jud. then naabot ang point nga di na peak season. ako friend gikalitan ra bitaw ingnan na last day na niya. di ka malain same day few hours to go ingnan ka na last day na nimo as in makashock kaayo, unprofressional kaayo ang gibuhat sa HR. kung ikaw employee ganahan paka mowork sa ani nga company? pero hinuon ako niresigned jud ko with letter at least matagaan kog COE. buot huna-hunaon ni violate gali sila sa labor code. tsk! wa juy ayo.

    ^^I have a co-worker before in a fast food chain nga gi EOC for a very shallow reason. What my friend did was REALLY file a complaint at DOLE. Nabalik siya sa trabaho dayon buotan na kaayo TANAN nga manager sa iyaha. It is good to remind these people sometimes that there is a labor code to protect employees (if naa ta sa sakto). That sends a clearer message compared to going on AWOL.
