70-200 2.8? there are a lot here in istorya using kit lenses or the 50mm who has much better shots than you. whats your idea here? there's absolutely no composition nor exposure/lighting credits here. to tell you the truth, i can take a better pic using my nokia phone

If you understand the relationship between your shutter speed and focal length then vr/os/is hardly matters unless your shooting low light scenes.

salamat mga sir, yep sakto sir hayden pero ask lang sad ko sir, if mag low light na nga setup? pas2x ba ghapun mu focus ang 70-200 nga tammy? coz b4 i owned a tammy 28-75, mas hinay gyud cya mu focus compared to nikor 24-70 sir. but i know sad sa price diff niya. layu ra gyud naa more than x2 the price ang nikkor.

based on reviews sa net, slow AF daw ang 70-200mm sa Tammy, wala pa sad ko naka gamit ani. but knowing Tamron, nga hunt og lowlight, basin mao jud sakit niya. since naa ka SB900, i would suggest you use the red lamp of the SB900 para mas dali maka AF sa imo subject. just assign the Fn(function button) of your cam to "flash off" so that when you have AF lock na, press the Fn button at the same sa shutter para dli mu fire imo flash.
