Naa ta strengthening, like Push-ups, Plank, Prone Cobra,
other stretching such as arm, leg and body stretching
para ma-prepare atong lawas para maka-tumbling ta..
Mostly in class, we'll learn, Ginga, basic kicks and basic escape.
Acrobatics will be before the end of class, para properly warmed up ang body.
