ok ra ba kung contractual ka mag work sa LRDC? like what chance you have para ma regular ka? if contractual ka, usually pila ka months or years ma end imo contract??
and also..naa ba chance nga mo increase imo salary even if contractual ka??

As what CharlieMC said, YES ok ang mag contractual for experience wise since lexmark is a big company and you can learn a lot from the company. For the chances ma regualr, depende ra jud na sa dept nga asa ka ma assign. If the dept needs someone then they saw ur skills is fit to the position then they would probably hire you. IF timingan sad nga dept dili mag need or walay hiring then no choice but to wait. For the contractual contract kay open na ang contract usually..dependy sa needs..FOr the salary depende ra na sa imong agency kong mag increase ba sila, LRDC is out of that.
Actually contractual sad ko saona sa LRDC and now regular na sa LRDC. I'm was a project lead for 2 years
before ko na regular sa LRDC. Why not try, try your luck.
