1.) inner pages rank better than their home pages - common knowledge bro. it tricks the SE to think na wala ka nag promote sa site or domain but rather there is interesting topic inside ur site (natural sounding ang dating) It also ranks and index faster . thats y SEO efforts in innerpage is important as well.

2.) your first page rank 1 might not be my first page rank 1 - Wala ko ka gets

3. ) social media is a big influecer. the more people share your articles on various social media sites the more it influence your ranks. - Yes, this is a combination of 2 efforts ( mura ang imo article is interesting cause its being tackled in social media. In a way its article marketing + Social media effort)

probably sa datacenter ang iyang pasabot. serps in Philippine searches may differ to the serps in US.
