ligo lang kono every morning then take lots of vit. C
I get cankersores or lu-as from my retainers. I apply blue miracle (liquid with oceanic salt and minerals) and ma wala ra cya after 1-2 days. Best remedy so far.
I also tried a chinese medicine kanang watermelon powder ba na.. pero dugay2 ang effect. Same with salt.
what's the cause of lo-as?and what vitamins or supplements needed to prevent it?
Lo-as in English medical term is oral thrush it's a kind of a fungal infection.

i suggest mu-gargle lang k og betadine katong oral ha.. ayaw tong tambal sa samad.. kabalo na ang pharmacist ana.. nice kaau ang effect ana paghuman.. dali ra kaau mawala loas.. trust me.
